“A PRAIRIE HOME COMPANION” ON THE ROAD

Remember John’s visit to Lake Wobegon last winter? Everyone had such a great time, we’re doing it again, only this time the Prairie Home Companion folks are on the road, and John is joining them THIS SATURDAY, June 20 at the beautiful Ravinia Festival Pavilion in Highland Park, Illinois. Tune in on your local NPR station (check your local listings), listen live online, and for the lucky folks in Illinois and points nearby, tickets are on sale at Ravinia.org.

WOODYFEST 2015

If you haven’t heard, WoodyFest 2015 is going to have more music than ever before! Three daytime stages Thursday through Saturday, plus music at the Brick Street Cafe all day on Wednesday, plus everything else you’ve come to expect from WoodyFest.

John will be playing the Wednesday night show, July 8, at the Crystal Theater, along with The Red Dirt Rangers, Butch Hancock, Michael Fracasso, The Burns Sisters, Kevin & Dustin Welch, Susan Herndon, Gabe Marshall, Miss Brown to You, Kierston White, Bryon White AND Terry “Buffalo” Ware and the Oklahoma Geniuses!

Then! He’ll be closing out the Saturday night show, July 11, at the Pastures of Plenty!

And the odds are high that if you keep your eyes open, you’ll catch him sitting in with various friends throughout the weekend. Come out and enjoy a one-of-a-kind festival in John’s home town.
